Rexco Development has owned and operated their development and property management companies since the 1985. Rexco has an in-house general contractor which allows self-management and construction management for all their projects. Rexco Development has been developing commercial, multi-family residential, office, and industrial projects over the past 39 years. Rexco has also developed several mixed-use projects that have required extensive entitlement work, public street improvements, mitigation and remediation work, and coordination with cities and related government entities. During this time, our team has developed over 8,500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial product and along with several large apartment communities and hotels.
